The Mixer Operator plays a vital role in production and delivery processes, ensuring that high-quality concrete products are safely and efficiently produced and transported to various construction sites. As a Mixer Operator at SRM Concrete, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks, accurately loading and mixing concrete ingredients according to specific job orders, and delivering the concrete to both commercial and residential sites. You will conduct pre- and post-operation checks to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition and report any maintenance needs. Your role also involves working closely with the dispatch team for efficient routing and scheduling, maintaining accurate delivery records, and assisting with other related duties. This position demands physical capability, excellent teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
