Benesch is currently seeking a Ticketing & Events Coordinator to join its Cleveland office. This hybrid role offers work-from-home flexibility and involves being the central resource for all ticketing and event-related needs across the firm's multiple locations. Reporting to the Director of Client Services within the Marketing and Business Development Department, the Ticketing & Events Coordinator will be integral in managing the firm's ticket inventory, which spans various offices, platforms, venues, and time zones.
The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient allocation and use of tickets to support client engagement, hospitality events, and business development initiatives. This position requires an organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize competing needs in a fast-paced environment. The role demands close coordination with multiple stakeholders including attorneys, business development staff, and relationship partners to optimize the impact and ROI of ticketing programs.
Additional responsibilities will include maintaining firmwide calendars and usage guidelines to promote fairness and transparency, providing regular usage reports and event summaries, handling ad-hoc ticket orders and troubleshooting last-minute issues. The Coordinator will also be involved in food catering oversight for venues and timely reconciliation of expenses related to ticketed events.

                - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, hospitality management, or related field preferred
 - Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or client services
