The position available is for a Team Member, which is the heart of the Caribou Coffee experience. This role involves more than just making coffee; the Team Member ensures every guest interaction is memorable by focusing on exceptional service and quality. Responsibilities include hand-crafting beverages to order following Caribou's standard procedures, preparing and serving food items, managing cash transactions, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. The Team Member is expected to be proactive, anticipate guest needs, and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends, and candidates must be at least 16 years old. Physical requirements include the ability to see, hear, speak, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or move intermittently for up to eight hours.
