This role of District Manager within the Temecula area involves overseeing the operations of 5-6 Taco Bell restaurants. The District Manager serves as a pivotal leadership figure, responsible for guiding a team of restaurant managers to meet and exceed goals related to quality, customer satisfaction, employee development, safety, and financial performance. This position requires a hands-on, energetic leader who will ensure uncompromising execution of safety laws such as OSHA compliance and local health codes, along with strict adherence to company safety and security policies. The successful District Manager must be proactive in coaching management teams, orchestrating employee training programs, and handling HR-related functions in coordination with the Human Resources department. This includes involvement in hiring decisions, employee orientations, investigations, and terminations. Additionally, the role focuses heavily on staffing management to maintain optimum levels of management personnel that can adapt to sales seasonality.
