As a Starbucks Barista within Target, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent and high-quality Starbucks experience to guests by preparing handcrafted beverages and managing food quality and freshness. The position is dynamic, with no two days being the same, and you will be expected to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining fresh and well-stocked products during all hours of operation, executing food and beverage processes such as deliveries, replenishment, inventory control, food rotation, cleaning, and promotional signage. Baristas must also support the Starbucks Drive-Up process, maintain a clean and inviting dining area, engage positively with guests, and follow all company routines to uphold brand standards. Safety, compliance, and ethical conduct are essential elements of this role. The role requires a welcoming attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will need to resolve guest questions promptly, follow multi-step processes carefully, and remain organized and focused throughout your shift. Physical demands include handling cash register operations, climbing ladders, lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds, and working in various temperature-controlled environments. Flexibility in work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Target offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $27.00 USD per hour for this role, along with a comprehensive training program that equips new Baristas with all necessary knowledge and skills. • Accurately handle cash register operations as needed

• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) reliable and prompt attendance necessary
• Ability to work in an environment that could range from 34F to -10F as needed
• Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
• Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
