This role is centered around providing exceptional guest service in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner, strictly adhering to The Company's hospitality standards. The position focuses on the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, including the proper use and organization of supplies to ensure guest satisfaction. Core responsibilities include cleaning vacant and occupied rooms according to brand standards, maintaining a professional appearance, and managing housekeeping carts and supplies effectively. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to guest privacy and safety. Additionally, associates must adhere to security protocols, demonstrating trustworthiness and honesty at all times, which is critical given the access to guest rooms and property.
- Must pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- must be able to perform manual tasks including lifting 30 pounds and pushing/pulling 60 pounds
- able to stand for long periods and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, reaching, crawling, and kneeling
- must be able to see and hear
