The Senior Logistics Concierge role at Cox Communications is a vital position within the client service operations, primarily focused on being a client advocate by ensuring high levels of client satisfaction in a call center environment. This hybrid role requires the candidate to reside within 50 miles of the Phoenix, AZ office and offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $21.49 to $32.26, depending on skills, experience, and location. Employees in this position may also be eligible for additional compensation such as commissions or incentives.
As a Senior Logistics Concierge, you will manage a high volume of client requests and tasks, demonstrating ownership and accountability for resolving issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include leveraging various systems and resources to identify client needs, conducting research to resolve complex issues, maintaining accurate client documentation, and providing timely communication. Client satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction and decision you will make in this role. You will also be expected to build sustainable client relationships by delivering best-in-class service and advocating on their behalf.
Proficiency in all relevant platforms, tools, and systems used to maintain client records and handle transactions is essential, as is the ability to document all interactions accurately to ensure continuity and a seamless client experience. The role also demands the capacity to handle escalated customer concerns and collaborate across departments when necessary to ensure client issues are resolved satisfactorily. Excellent communication skills are critical, especially in educating clients on how to utilize client-facing tools effectively.

                - High school diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field
 - OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience
 - OR 7 years' experience in a related field
 - Experience with managing customer/client escalations in a customer service environment
 - Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
