Currently, P.F. Chang's is hiring immediately for a full-time salaried Senior Restaurant Assistant Manager, Senior Restaurant Hospitality Manager, Senior FOH Manager, or Restaurant Senior Manager. This is a critical front-of-house leadership role responsible for managing and executing all front-of-house operations following established procedures and the direction of the Operating Partner. A Senior Restaurant Manager at P.F. Chang's leads the hospitality team to deliver high-quality guest experiences, maintains operational standards, and drives team development. The role demands hands-on involvement in daily operations, from supervising training and staff scheduling to managing expenses and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
The position offers a competitive annual salary range of $62,000 to $77,000 based on experience and includes comprehensive benefits. Benefits offered by P.F. In this leadership role, the Senior Restaurant Manager is responsible for supervising and facilitating training for all hospitality team members. They must communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests, ensuring clear articulation of expectations and swift resolution of guest service issues with professionalism and empathy. The manager also develops staff schedules, holds pre-shift meetings to maintain focus and direction, and ensures compliance with dress code and cleanliness standards. They are tasked with managing inventory execution, controlling expenses within their area, assigning and overseeing side work, managing check-outs, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
This demanding position requires physical stamina, including standing and walking for long periods, bending, reaching, and handling objects weighing up to 30-50 pounds. The Senior Restaurant Manager must be capable of operating kitchen equipment such as woks, mixers, slicers, and choppers, and using knives correctly. This role is suited for candidates with hands-on, high-volume restaurant management experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess leadership qualities that inspire team members to perform at their best.
P.F.
