The role of Manager of Crew Scheduling at PSA Airlines is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the Crew Scheduling operation and supervising Crew Schedulers, Crew Coordinators, and Crew Scheduling Supervisors. This position requires a strategic and proactive individual who embodies the principles of The PSA Way in every aspect of their work. The Manager will lead efforts to ensure the highest quality scheduling team performance in the regional airline industry, supporting the company mission to consistently deliver safe, on-time, and satisfying travel experiences for customers. This involves managing critical scheduling systems such as CrewTrac and Flica, overseeing new hire scheduling processes, providing coaching and training to department employees, collaborating tightly with payroll and other operational departments, and participating in union scheduling committee meetings. The Manager of Crew Scheduling also plays a significant role in handling scheduling challenges during abnormal operations, developing training plans for optimization, and spearheading special projects and safety management initiatives. As a supervisor, this role demands strong leadership, analytical abilities, and an innovative approach to solving complex scheduling issues using technology. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of previous supervisory experience
• 2-4 years of crew scheduling, crew planning, or related airline experience
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software
