The Barista role is an entry-level position that requires no prior coffee shop experience, though a passion for customer service, eagerness to learn quickly, and the ability to work well in a team are vital. This role involves preparing quality beverages and food products according to standard or customized recipes, engaging with customers to understand and respond to their needs, and performing various tasks within the store to maintain smooth operations. The position demands flexibility in schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays to ensure exceptional service is available to customers whenever they visit.
