Shiloh Animal Hospital is a well-established veterinary care provider located in Morrisville, North Carolina. Our hospital is dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive medical services to pets and their families with a focus on quality care, client education, and a positive experience for every patient. Our team consists of seven experienced doctors who work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the highest level of veterinary services. We are currently seeking a full-time Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Morrisville location at 1005 Lichtin Boulevard. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients while managing communication and coordination between the medical staff and pet owners. As a Client Coordinator, you will act as the hub of daily operations, ensuring appointments, patient care instructions, and follow-ups run smoothly. You will play a critical role in aligning the needs of the hospital with the expectations of clients for an exceptional experience.
This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, adept at multitasking, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. The role offers a full-time schedule averaging 30 or more hours per week, with typical shifts including Fridays from 2 PM to 10 PM, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Mondays from 2 PM to 10 PM. Full-time employees enjoy competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $25 per hour, determined by experience. - High school diploma
- Minimum of 5 years experience in veterinary medicine
