The role of Sous Chef at Allegiant Stadium is a vital position within the culinary team responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in the oversight and management of kitchen operations specifically in the Club and Suite Levels. This position is tailored for culinary professionals with a strong background in high-volume food service, such as stadiums, hotels, or large restaurants, who demonstrate a passion for excellence and leadership in the culinary arts. The Sous Chef will be accountable for ensuring that food preparation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation in line with the venue's brand and guest expectations. This involves coordinating between back-of-house and front-of-house teams to expedite food service during events, maintaining sanitation and safety regulations, managing inventory, overseeing kitchen staff, and adhering to budget and labor goals set by senior management.
The position offers an annual salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 and is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, and paid time off encompassing vacation days, sick leave, and eleven holidays. The role demands flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as event schedules dictate. The Sous Chef must possess a culinary degree or equivalent professional experience and hold necessary certifications such as ServSafe. Experience in adhering to local health codes, HACCP sanitation standards, and cost control is essential.

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
