Husk is currently seeking a driven and passionate Sous Chef to join its talented culinary team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen operations and will play a significant role in maintaining the highest food quality, preparation, and presentation standards that Husk is renowned for. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring kitchen staff, overseeing kitchen cleanliness and safety, collaborating with front-of-house management for seamless service, and assisting with scheduling, ordering, and inventory management.
