The position of Sous Chef at LSF Braintree LLC is a pivotal leadership role within the heart of house (HOH) team. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, the Sous Chef is responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and disciplining HOH team members while also managing inventory, variances, and ordering.
