- 20+ years of experience as a CPC at a Level 8 or higher facility
- terminal, enroute, oceanic or ATCSCC experience
- bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, business, project management, systems engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or visualization tools
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or secure software development
- certifications like CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- PMP or Agile certifications preferred
- 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, or network engineering
- familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- strong communication skills
