As a Barista, you will engage directly with customers, delivering personalized coffee experiences and sharing knowledge about our products and sustainability practices. Compensation for this position ranges from $14.70 to $16.70 per hour, varying based on local minimum wage ordinances and individual experience. • Previous customer service experience preferred
