The Service Representative I role at NetJets is a vital on-ground position focused on delivering exceptional customer service right at the heart of the airport. This role serves as the first and most frequent point of contact for Owners and flight crews at high-volume airports, ensuring that every aspect of the flight's ground experience—from arrival to departure—is meticulously handled. Service Representatives are entrusted with the responsibility of coordinating all ground services, including catering, transportation, and any special requests, ensuring that every detail aligns perfectly with the customer's expectations and the company’s standards.
As a Service Representative I, you will be the advocate for our valued Owners, providing personalized attention that anticipates their needs and nurtures loyalty. This goes beyond simple logistics, encompassing the facilitation of a seamless and stress-free travel experience. This includes proactive communication during delays, offering comfort through refreshments, and managing the coordination among various vendors and service providers such as Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), caterers, and ground transportation teams. The role demands a dynamic and flexible schedule, adapting to fluctuating flight activity to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
With a focus on collaboration and professional relationship-building, the role extends to maintaining and improving service standards in partnership with local vendors. It also involves oversight of the NetJets lounges at the assigned airport, enhancing the ambiance and ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects the company’s commitment to luxury and service excellence. Additionally, the position plays a supportive role to Sales and Marketing departments by conveying insights about local market dynamics and Owner preferences, which fosters valuable cross-departmental synergy.

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or aviation
- 2-4 years of related high-end hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to meet job demands including lifting and extended periods of standing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other operational software
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
