Texas Roadhouse is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join their team. The Service Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all Front of House daily operations, ensuring that every guest receives legendary service, and managing the team of Front of House employees. This is a full-time management position with an annual salary range of $65,000 to $75,000. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
As a Service Manager at Texas Roadhouse, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining service standards, and leading your team by example to uphold the company’s commitment to legendary food and service. You will collaborate with other management team members to enforce employment policies, ensure cleanliness, and uphold guest safety standards at all times. The role also involves providing and directing comprehensive Front of House training to ensure all employees are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and professionally.
Managing the performance of your team is a key element of this role, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching employees, and delivering necessary disciplinary actions when required. You will oversee liquor orders, control liquor costs, and ensure compliance with legal regulations and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, maintaining a safe and lawful environment.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly team members by providing regular, constructive feedback during structured one-on-one sessions. Recruiting qualified candidates, interviewing applicants, and making informed hiring decisions are central to building and maintaining a strong and capable Front of House team.
The Service Manager will also be responsible for operational tasks such as scheduling and task assignment, creating a positive and engaging workplace through themed events, contests, and incentives, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety and handling procedures.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
 - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
 - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
 - Knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service and liquor laws
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 - Excellent communication and organizational skills
