The role of Service Manager at Bubba's 33 is an impactful leadership position responsible for overseeing all Front of House daily operations to guarantee the highest level of guest satisfaction. The Service Manager plays a key role in upholding the restaurant's commitment to providing Legendary Food and Legendary Service, driving sales, and ensuring that all staff members perform to their highest potential. This role requires a passionate leader skilled in managing teams, coaching employees, and maintaining operational standards including cleanliness, safety, and compliance with employment and alcohol service laws. The Service Manager will lead Front of House training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and implement engaging initiatives such as contests and theme nights to create a positive and motivating work environment. • High school diploma or equivalent
