The wage for the Server position ranges from $16.50 per hour to $19.80 per hour, dependent upon the candidate’s prior work history and experience. As a Server, you will have the opportunity to develop strong teamwork skills by collaborating with colleagues and building positive relationships with residents. This role combines customer service with practical duties such as setting and clearing tables, taking residents' dining orders, and assisting with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
