Servers play an essential role in creating a welcoming dining experience for residents by providing attentive service and ensuring cleanliness and order in the dining areas. The wage for the Server position ranges from $16.50 per hour to $19.80 per hour, dependent upon the candidate’s prior work history and experience. As a Server, you will have the opportunity to develop strong teamwork skills by collaborating with colleagues and building positive relationships with residents. This role combines customer service with practical duties such as setting and clearing tables, taking residents' dining orders, and assisting with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events. You will become familiar with the menus and assist new residents in understanding their dining options, ensuring a smooth transition and a comfortable dining experience. Maintaining a clean and sanitized dining environment is also a key responsibility, including cleaning carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
