• Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant with NYC experience preferred
• strong knowledge base of food, wine, and spirits
• accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• familiar with industry’s best practices including department of health standards
• availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays
• positive attitude and team player that’s willing to work as a team to provide the best possible guest experience every time
