We are currently seeking a dedicated Server with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. This is a food service position offering an attractive pay range of $500 to $800 per week. The Server role is pivotal in promoting Tumbleweed's positive brand awareness by delivering outstanding service to every guest. Successful candidates will greet guests warmly, inform them of current promotions, and accurately take and promptly deliver food and beverage orders using the POS system. Servers must maintain awareness of guests’ ongoing needs and respond efficiently to provide seamless dining experiences. An in-depth understanding of the restaurant’s alcohol policies is essential, along with the ability to handle payment transactions securely to protect both guest and restaurant interests. Working closely with fellow restaurant personnel, Servers ensure that the dining area remains clean, organized, and well-maintained. This role includes performing side work as required and maintaining uniform standards to reflect professionalism. As part of a dynamic team, Servers contribute to the overall success of the establishment by supporting operational excellence and by performing additional duties as assigned. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Effective communication skills
