As a Server at Red Lobster, your role is to ensure that every guest has a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. You will be the face of the restaurant, greeting guests with a warm smile, taking accurate food and drink orders, and delivering meals promptly and professionally. Your responsibilities include suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest experience, using the POS system accurately, and ensuring food safety standards are strictly followed. Throughout the guest’s dining experience, you will check back regularly to provide refills, clear tables as needed, and address any guest concerns promptly. This position requires physical stamina, as servers must stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts, move efficiently throughout the restaurant, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
