The Patina Group is currently seeking full-time and part-time Servers to join the team at the Diamond Room in San Diego, California. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about fine dining and delivering exceptional guest service. As a Server, you will be representing the restaurant by creating lasting impressions through personalized and attentive service, ensuring each guest feels valued and satisfied. The position offers an hourly wage of $17.25, not including any potential tips, making it a tipped position with earnings that can exceed the base pay. The role requires delivering seamless service in a fine dining environment, guiding guests expertly through menu selections, presenting and clearing courses with elegance, and maintaining an extensive knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings. Servers are also responsible for the responsible service of alcoholic beverages, accurate order entry and payment processing, and collaboration with other team members including kitchen and bar staff. The position demands attention to detail, physical stamina for lifting and extended periods of standing and walking, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.   • Minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Experience in cash handling and credit card processing

  • Visual and hearing awareness sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
  • Ability to collaborate with team members
  • No high school diploma or GED required
