The role of a Server Entertainer underpins the core of our guest hospitality by delivering high-end bottle service infused with engaging entertainment and a clear focus on sales and customer satisfaction. This unique position requires individuals who are adept at managing the subtle balance between hospitality and sales, performing light production tasks, and ensuring safety while sustaining an engaging party atmosphere. Server Entertainers are critical to maintaining the lively, premium feel our nightclub is known for, performing duties such as personalized menu presentations, bottle parades, and proactive guest interaction designed to optimize sales and enhance client enjoyment.
As a Server Entertainer, you will be the first point of contact for guests at your assigned tables, ensuring a warm and prompt welcome within one minute of seating. You will confirm minimum spends, package details, payment methods, and order pacing during pre-shift planning to tailor the night's experience according to guest needs. Delivering customized menu stories and suggestions with a confident sales approach allows you to maximize upselling opportunities while maintaining a seamless service flow. You are responsible for the preparation and maintenance of mixers, garnishes, and glassware, ensuring all table setups meet premium standards.
This role also involves executing visually appealing bottle presentations and parading teams through the venue, adhering meticulously to safety protocols. Constant quality checks at regular intervals and steady, attentive touchpoints ensure guests' needs are met promptly and effectively throughout their experience. Proactive reorder cues allow you to maintain table momentum and guest satisfaction, while accurate billing, secure payment processing, and warm farewells encourage repeat patronage.
Additional responsibilities include tracking complimentary services and promo codes, managing deposits, following cash and credit card handling standards, monitoring alcohol service, guest behavior, and venue capacity limits. Maintaining costumes and props in camera-ready condition to fit thematic concepts adds an artistic dimension to the job. You will also complete side work, restock supplies, and perform equipment checks to support seamless operational flow.
We seek candidates with a minimum of one year experience in nightlife, upscale lounges, resorts, or luxury hospitality environments. The ideal candidate has a confident sales presence, clear professional communication skills, the physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays is essential, alongside meeting age requirements for alcohol service and commitment to ABC responsible beverage training after hire.
Preferred qualifications include prior bottle service and table minimum experience, familiarity with POS systems and payment platforms, working knowledge of spirits, champagne, cocktails, and mixers, as well as comfort with professional social media etiquette. Core competencies focus on guest obsession, sales savvy, attention to detail, teamwork, situational awareness, time management, professional presence, integrity, and learning agility.
Key performance indicators for this role encompass upsell rate, celebration attachments, average check size, guest satisfaction, return bookings, accuracy of financial transactions, costume and presentation compliance, and punctuality in completing assigned side work.
The position operates primarily during evenings and weekends with variable end times determined by business needs. Compensation includes an hourly base wage where applicable, supplemented by tips and performance incentives aligned with company policies.
