The role of a Bay Host at Topgolf is critical to delivering an unforgettable player experience. As a Bay Host, you will serve as the first point of contact for players arriving at their bays, warmly welcoming them and setting the tone for the visit. Your responsibilities will include recommending food, beverages, and games tailored to the players’ preferences, taking orders efficiently, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bays. This position requires someone with a positive attitude who thrives in a lively environment and enjoys working as part of a team. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere that encourages players to enjoy their time at Topgolf. The Bay Host position is part-time, offering flexible scheduling options including day, night, and weekend shifts, catering to a wide range of availability. Compensation includes competitive hourly wages, and certain positions may be eligible for tips. • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food and beverage service
• Willingness to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to maintain a positive and energetic demeanor throughout shift
