The Server Assistant position at Trilogy at The Vineyards is a part-time role that plays a crucial role in supporting the dining room staff to deliver prompt, courteous, and exceptional service to guests. Compensation for this position is offered at $16.50 per hour plus tips, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to enter or advance within the hospitality industry in a vibrant and luxurious setting. This role reports directly to the Food & Beverage Supervisor and is designed to provide essential assistance to servers by maintaining a welcoming and efficient dining environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, clearing and resetting tables, supporting servers by carrying trays or clearing dishes as needed, and ensuring all guest needs are promptly addressed. Effective communication and teamwork are fundamental, as the Server Assistant must work closely with other staff members to enhance the overall guest experience.

                - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
 - must meet state and federal minimum age requirements for serving alcohol if applicable
