The Senior Meeting & Experiences Coordinator position within the Land O'Lakes Meetings and Events team plays a pivotal role in designing, organizing, and managing both internal and external enterprise-wide events. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operational flow of meetings and experiences ranging from small gatherings of 50 attendees to large-scale events with up to 3,000 participants. The coordinator is especially skilled in Cvent registration site builds, handling attendee management functions, and overseeing the production of branded event collateral. They collaborate closely with meeting planners to ensure that every element of the attendee journey—from initial registration through to onsite check-in—is seamlessly executed and aligned with Land O'Lakes' brand standards.
As part of this position, the Senior Meeting & Experiences Coordinator supports large-scale programs and live event operations by providing technological, logistical, and design expertise. Their responsibilities include building and maintaining registration sites with customized forms and email campaigns, managing attendee data and reporting, supporting mobile event apps, and troubleshooting registration issues. The role also involves supporting onsite logistics such as managing attendee lists, transportation manifests, and registration desks. Additionally, this position encompasses administrative duties such as supervising the packing and shipping of event supplies and coordinating promotional materials. The coordinator utilizes tools like Adobe Creative Suite to design event materials including badges, signage, agendas, and other collateral.
The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and flexibility to support events nationally and internationally, including travel up to 25%. The position demands a flexible schedule to accommodate event timelines and real-time troubleshooting. Candidates typically have a college degree with relevant experience or a high school diploma combined with substantial event coordination experience.
