BJ's Restaurants is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Manager to join its team. The Kitchen Manager plays a critical role in overseeing all operations within the restaurant during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts. This position involves managing, supervising, hiring, and training restaurant team members while ensuring that all guests receive a Gold Standard service experience. Given the managerial nature of this role, it is classified as exempt, requiring the individual to spend more than 50 percent of their time on managerial duties and exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant matters affecting the restaurant's success.
The role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with the potential for quarterly bonuses.
