Start your career as a Reserve Flight Attendant at United. In this essential role, you will be on "standby" status, ready to cover flights when schedule changes or operational needs arise. It’s an exciting way to break into the industry, offering a variety of domestic and international trips. Reserve status is the first step for all new hires in airline jobs.
What is Reserve Life?
- On-Call: You must be able to report to the airport within a specific timeframe (usually 2-3 hours) after being called.
- Variety: One day you might fly to Denver, the next to London. Every day is a surprise.
- Guaranteed Pay: Receive a minimum monthly guarantee of flight hours, regardless of how much you fly.
