The Guest Service Support Expert role at Gaylord Opryland Resort is a full-time, non-management position offering $15.00 per hour plus tips. This position is integral to the smooth operation of the resort’s food and beverage services. Guest Service Support Experts play a vital support role by ensuring the dining environment runs efficiently and consistently meets high-quality standards. This role involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 pounds with assistance, ensuring guest needs are met proactively and with attention to detail.
