The Seasonal Beauty Advisor position at Ulta Beauty is a vital role responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that each customer feels valued and informed about their beauty needs. Seasonal Beauty Advisors engage guests by greeting and identifying their specific desires, providing expert advice on products and services, and conducting cashier transactions efficiently. • High school diploma preferred
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale system and Apple devices
