The role of Sous Chef at Marbled & Fin is designed for a driven and passionate culinary professional seeking to elevate their craft in a dynamic kitchen environment. This position requires close collaboration with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, uphold the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation, as well as to train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellent team performance. The Sous Chef will also oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety; collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service; and assist with scheduling, inventory, prep execution, and ordering. A hands-on approach is key, with presence required during prep, service, and breakdown periods.
