The Work Order Coordinator role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the airport by coordinating customer service requirements with onsite maintenance personnel and managing work orders using the CMMS system. This position requires overseeing technician schedules to maximize productivity, serving as the first point of contact for customers and vendors, and implementing efficient work order schedules. The Work Order Coordinator will run operational reports and provide recommendations aimed at improving overall efficiency and productivity, while strictly adhering to company safety programs and training. • High School diploma or GED equivalent
• valid driver’s license
• 2+ years of related experience in customer service or dispatching
• 2+ years of related experience with data entry, scheduling workloads, and processing work orders
• computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• excellent planning and organizational skills
• excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport
• ability to work day or night shift including weekends and holidays
