The Room Attendant role at Davidson Hospitality Group is a vital part of maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that guests expect. The Room Attendant is responsible for the thorough cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms assigned, which includes tasks such as making beds, changing sheets, deep cleaning bathrooms, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and replenishing amenities. This role requires physical ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights, manage cleaning carts, and transport supplies efficiently. Prior experience in cleaning is beneficial, but more importantly, candidates must be capable of effectively communicating with guests and other team members.
In this position, the Room Attendant must respond promptly to guest requests and communication from other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Following strict procedures for guest room access and adhering to OSHA and MSDS regulations is crucial for safety and compliance. The Room Attendant plays a key role in upholding Davidson Hospitality Group’s quality standards and company policies, ensuring every guest has a pleasant and welcoming environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support hotel operations.
