The role available is a full-time position centered around vehicle movement, preparation, and maintenance to support the smooth operation of the dealership lot. Responsibilities include moving and rearranging vehicles on the lot to optimize space and presentation, washing cars to maintain a high-quality appearance for customers, and preparing vehicles for delivery to ensure they are in pristine condition when handed over to new owners. Additionally, the role involves miscellaneous duties as assigned by management to assist in the overall effectiveness and efficiency of daily dealership operations. This position is integral to upholding the high standards of The CAR Group’s dealerships, contributing directly to the customer satisfaction that the company values so deeply. Candidates must be willing and able to work a full-time schedule and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. While Spanish-speaking ability is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement, allowing for a diverse pool of applicants.
