The Sales Lead role at RNDC is an exciting opportunity designed for proactive professionals eager to advance and secure sales within designated territories. This role plays a critical part in servicing existing sales accounts diligently while driving incremental business growth through consultative and informed selling techniques. Sales Leads represent the voice of the customer, addressing their needs and offering tailored product recommendations to maximize satisfaction and increase revenue potential. The role involves frequent account visits, establishing individualized sales plans based on customer needs and geographic considerations, alongside working closely with customers to understand and support their business strategies, goals, and objectives. The Sales Lead is also responsible for following up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery, and if there is no dedicated Support rep partner, they take charge of merchandising activities such as stocking shelves and building displays.                 - One year certificate from college or technical school
 - Four year college degree preferred
 - 3-6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
 - Current valid state driver's license
 - Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
 - Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs
