The Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the manager and is responsible for managing daily food and beverage operations to ensure that the quality and service standards meet or exceed guest expectations. This role is crucial in maintaining operational budgets, overseeing compliance with legal and company standards, and implementing specific goals to prioritize, organize, and accomplish daily operational tasks. The supervisor supports the food and beverage team by assisting servers when necessary, including taking orders, running food, clearing and cleaning tables, and greeting and seating guests.
