The available role focuses on leading a team of agents responsible for delivering comprehensive customer service to airline passengers. This role encompasses all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and addressing any passenger inquiries or complaints. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage the team while ensuring passengers receive friendly and efficient assistance throughout their airport experience. This includes support for passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and those requiring wheelchair assistance. The role also involves handling technical responsibilities including operating computerized systems for ticketing and check-in processes, managing boarding procedures, baggage handling, and resolving any related customer service challenges. The team leader will also coordinate with ramp agents to facilitate smooth handling of wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked baggage, ensuring timely and safe delivery. Another critical aspect of the role is guiding passengers through customs, immigration, and quarantine protocols, emphasizing passenger safety and compliance.   • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
  • Must be able to constantly lift up to 70lbs and more, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, and grasp
