The employee will address customer needs and resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction, support sales by accurately processing transactions such as sales, returns, and layaways, and manage special orders through the point of sale (POS) system. Additionally, this role includes answering incoming phone calls and routing them appropriately, promoting a positive in-store culture, assisting with inventory management between the sales floor and warehouse, and performing light maintenance such as cleaning and organizing merchandise displays.
