• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Previous retail management experience
• Knowledge of construction, farming, outdoor work, and/or work apparel and footwear
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Ability to work full time including varied hours and overtime
• Experience with retail POS and inventory systems
• Knowledge of PC applications
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
