We are currently seeking a Manhattan Deli Supervisor to join our team during the swing shift. This role is pivotal in managing the daily operations of the Manhattan Deli restaurant within the resort. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain high service standards, and contribute to financial performance improvements. The supervisor will be responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Additionally, this position involves monitoring restaurant cleanliness, handling guest concerns with professionalism, and implementing cost-control measures. • High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years restaurant supervision or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain Alcohol Awareness Certification
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and alcohol
• Proficient use of POS and inventory systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must adhere to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
