We are currently hiring servers to join our dynamic team immediately, offering set schedules and a competitive starting pay rate of $6.75 per hour plus tips. As a server in our portfolio, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by greeting patrons warmly, efficiently handling orders, and ensuring accurate billing. You'll mix, garnish, and present drinks following recipe and portion guidelines, maintain bar setup and stock levels daily, and handle cash transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Adherence to state, federal, and corporate regulations concerning alcohol service is paramount, particularly regarding serving minors and guests who appear intoxicated. Additionally, regular responsible handling of garnishes, fresh fruit and vegetable cuts, and maintaining product quality ensures our service standards remain high.
