This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 to $90,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have over three years of management experience in a full-service casual restaurant setting, with the ability to oversee a large seating capacity, ideally 300 or more guests. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading the front-of-house service department with a focus on organization, detail-oriented management, and motivation to succeed. Leadership skills and the ability to foster teamwork are essential in this role, along with a willingness to learn and contribute innovative ideas that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
The role also involves working knowledge or experience with hospitality software systems such as Toast, OpenTable, and Crunchtime, which are important tools for managing reservations, sales, and inventory.
