The role of Restaurant Manager at Omaha Steakhouse under the CULINAIRE umbrella is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about the food service industry and leadership. This position reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage and comes with a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $61,000. As Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the daily operations within the restaurant to ensure the highest standards of service and operational excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include managing all facets of the restaurant's functional areas, supervising and developing hourly associates, and supporting the leadership team in financial management including cost controls and inventory oversight. You will be instrumental in launching new culinary programs in collaboration with the company's culinary and marketing teams, thereby contributing to the continued growth and innovation at Omaha Steakhouse.
