Responsibilities range from greeting guests, managing reservations, and assigning tables, to assisting with special events, maintaining cleanliness in the outlet, and supporting the service team during busy periods. Hosts act as a liaison between the guests and the restaurant staff, responding to guest needs, resolving issues when possible, and escalating concerns to management if necessary. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality environment.
