Comprehensive training is provided onsite at the Zaxby's training facility in Atlanta, GA, with flexible schedules to suit individual needs. Travel-related expenses including hotel accommodations, mileage reimbursement, and food allowances are covered during the training period.\n\nAs General Manager, you will have responsibility for managing the complete operations of the restaurant, including staffing, employee development, sales growth, cost management, guest satisfaction, and upholding company policies. The position emphasizes building a positive workplace culture through leadership, mentorship, and effective communication. • Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
• Required minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred
• 3-5 years management experience required
• Restaurant management experience preferred
