Travel-related expenses including hotel accommodations, mileage reimbursement, and food allowances are covered during the training period.\n\nAs General Manager, you will have responsibility for managing the complete operations of the restaurant, including staffing, employee development, sales growth, cost management, guest satisfaction, and upholding company policies.  - Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
 - Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
 - Required minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred
 - 3-5 years management experience required
 - Restaurant management experience preferred
