The role of Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at BURGER KING is a full-time, on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant under the guidance of a District Manager. RGMs lead teams comprised of Assistant Managers, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members, ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently, profitably, and meets both guest and operational standards. This role is critical to driving sales growth, managing profitability via detailed review and action on the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, increasing guest satisfaction, and cultivating a positive work environment that encourages team development and recognition. The General Manager manages staffing, scheduling, recruitment, training, and the overall restaurant atmosphere. The position offers an annual salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, accompanied by bonus pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
