The LifeCafe Staff position is designed for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Staff members will be responsible for preparing menu items according to precise recipes and speed of service standards to meet member expectations. This includes preparing food orders, crafting espresso drinks, and blending shakes with a focus on quality and presentation. Beyond food preparation, staff members engage with members by answering questions and offering food and service suggestions to enhance the dining experience. Cleanliness and sanitation are critical at LifeCafe, and staff will maintain a spotless environment to ensure safety and comfort for all visitors. The role requires stamina and physical readiness as the position involves prolonged periods of standing and moving within the cafe area, along with routine and repetitive bending and lifting to manage supplies safely. • Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
