The Response Security Officer position at GardaWorld Security Services is a dynamic and multifaceted role based in Dayton, Ohio. This full-time role operates on a set schedule from Monday through Friday during the first shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The hourly wage is competitive at $16.83, with additional benefits such as DailyPay available for employees. The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain security and safety at assigned locations by adapting quickly to varied daily tasks and special events. A Response Security Officer is expected to perform site patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, conduct access control, and provide excellent customer service, all while responding promptly and effectively to incidents or potential threats.
